Having a creative outlet has always been important to me. Growing up, this outlet came in many forms included writing, web design, filming home movies, and making animated videos (just to name a few). After exploring several of these subjects in college, I graduated with a BFA in Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design. I worked for several years as a retoucher for wedding and commercial photographers, and during this time I started painting as a hobby. As my painting skills grew, I became more passionate about creating art on canvas, and photography started to take a back seat. I have been selling my paintings since 2014, and I now participate in local art festivals here in Georgia! I am always inspired by nature, and I use oil and acrylic paints on canvas to bring landscape, floral, and nature inspired abstract paintings to life.
